The Fire Warden Course enables individuals to have the confidence to react, remain calm and take charge in the event of a fire alarm activation within their workplace.
This two and half hour course covers the Roles and Responsibilities of the Fire Warden, Common Causes of Fire, Fire Prevention, Fire Extinguishers (including practical extinguisher use) and an awareness of relevant legislation.
The course is certificated, and it is recommended that refresher training be completed annually, the course is designed and delivered to assist the responsible person comply with Article 21 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The course comprises of classroom delivery and discussion with practical use of fire extinguishers.
